Holds the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) since Feb-2018, and held several leadership positions throughout his 24-year career, he used to hold a position of Deputy Minister of Planning, Development and IT, (2016-2018), and worked as Deputy Minister of Inspection and Development of Work Environment, (MOL) between (2012-2016), hold a position of General Director, Economic, and Finance Program, Institute of Public Administration IPA, Riyadh, KSA.
He is holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration/ Finance from the Old Dominion University, VA, USA, and Master of Arts in Economics from the same University, and Master of Business Administration/ Finance from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, and Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the same University.In addition, H.E is Chairman/Vice Chairman/Board member in many Executive boards in Public and private sectors.
