Dr. Sid Ahmed Benraouane is a thought leader with more than 20 years of experience in government innovation. He led the United States ISO Working Group on Innovation Management System Standard, and he is currently a member of the ISO/SC 42 Join Committee in charge of developing an ISO Standard on Artificial Intelligence Trustworthiness. Dr. Benraouane advises government leaders in the MENA region on innovation and digital transformation. He is a speaker at the World Government Summit (UAE) and BAIDEC/MEMTEC conference in Bahrain. In his latest book, Dr. Benraouane addresses the new ISO innovation management framework set by the ISO Standard 56002:2019 and provides a step-by-step planning process to help government leaders design an ecosystem that engage and empower innovators and creative minds. Dr. Benraouane is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer and a Board Member of the Global Innovation Management Institute. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, in the United States of America.
