Deborah Perry Piscione is a venture capitalist, thought leader in web3, innovation + risk-taking, seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur + New York Times best-selling author of Secrets of Silicon Valley among four other business books. She is the co-creator of web3summit.xyz, a hype-free, web3 community + summits to help edify enterprises + governments on the blockchain + web3 applications and its equivalent content site, wagmas.xyz.   Deborah is the architect of Improvisational Innovation, a bottom’s up innovation process that fosters a trusted and safe environment for employees to put forth new ideas in a trusted environment. The process has been adopted at McKinsey & Co, Tata, Qualcomm among other larger enterprises   Deborah is the subject of a Stanford University Graduate School of Business Case Study called, “Deborah Perry Piscione: Finding Opportunity in Silicon Valley.” Prior to her move to Silicon Valley in 2006, Deborah spent 18 years in Washington, DC as a staffer in the U.S. Congress and the White House + served as an on-air commentator, public speaker and guest lecturer on topics including the Silicon Valley ecosystem and culture in addition to growing enterprises through innovation and entrepreneurship.
